Call for Submissions Opens

Staff from all levels and areas across the University are invited to submit their interest in delivering a presentation or session at the 2024 Conference.

Submissions must be made via the online form on the PSC website only.

Sunday 7 July 2024

Call for Submissions Deadline

Monday 8 July – Monday 29 July 2024

Consultation Period

A member of the Professional Staff Conference committee will be in contact to discuss your submission.

Late July 2024

Outcomes of Submissions

All potential presenters will be notified of the outcome of their submission.

Selection Criteria

The selection criteria outlined below will be used to rank submissions.

  • Alignment to theme and sub-themes
  • Quality of submission including uniqueness, proposed audience interest, and engagement with audience
  • Values of takeaway / message
  • Collaboration across disciplines, functional areas, or external organisations
  • Presented in previous conferences
  • Presentations incorporating indigenous, systemic, and sustainable perspectives
  • Alignment to University strategic priorities
