  • This session runs for the full 35 mins and does not provide additional time to explore other Wellness @ Work room activities

12:40 - 13:15 – Lunch Time Session, Session 2

The Wellness @ Work room will be open during the second half of the lunch break. Please book in for this session via the conference app.

Paws the Pressure Session – This session will include a special visit from our friendly canine assistant dogs. Delegates with allergies or a fear of Dogs and recommended to visit the Wellness @ Work room in another session (sessions 1 and 2 are Canine free sessions).

Quiet Room: Chair Pilates Exercise - Ange La Scala

Book into a 15min chair Pilates exercise led by Ange La Scala from MU Sport in Room 206.

Chair Pilates is designed to focus on core stability, strength, flexibility, muscle control, posture and breathing. With the use of the chair as a base of support it will assist with increasing flexibility, and allow those who find it difficult to go up and down onto the floor achieve the above through mind-body focus and movement.

  • Separate Booking Required. General admission in to the Wellness @ Work room does not provide access to this session.
  • Delegates wishing to attend this session must book into the dedicated mindfulness session available in the conference app.
  • This session only runs for 15. Once the activity ends delegates are invited to spend the rest of this session exploring other Wellness @ Work room activities. Additional Wellness @ Room Booking NOT required.
  • Max Capacity 25 people.
